Ultimate Systems' recycled rubber flooring and rubber underlayment products are manufactured using high concentrations of post-industrial and post-consumer recycled materials. Vibrant colored EPDM granules consist of 28% post-industrial recyclate and black SBR consists entirely of post-consumer material from discarded tires. Blended and bound with a water-based polyurethane polymer, these waste materials are transformed into high-quality, beautiful commercial flooring and durable underlayment that are both sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Ultimate Systems' resilient flooring and underlayment product lines contain some of the highest - if not the highest - recycled content percentages in their respective categories. The Ultimate Design product line contains recycled content ranging from 31% up to 57%.
